The association was founded in 2010 by a group of professionals who concerned for education issue and children and adolescents in Taiwan; the group includes Shi Jun-jun, the chairman of Tainan Juridical Sponsored Educational Children Development Association; Xiao Xun-yu, the former Kaohsiung Spring Foundation executive director; Ye Jin-yu, the chairman of Taichung Watersource Culture Foundation; Xu Zhen-rong, the leader of the Taichung Jyou-tian Folk Drum & Art Group; Lin Ching-chan, the chairman of Pingtung Jumpslove Holistic Care Association; Xie Cai-feng, the chairman of Nantou County Dragon Millennium Youth Foundation; and also many educational workers and work groups from all over the country.
There is an old saying: “Children are the future of country.” This is a widely known saying, said by, however, adults. For us, we believe that children are preview of life. They are part of the life. Children won’t just exist for future life preparation. They have their own life process. Their life should be judged by the result but the linear development. We invite you to work on the concept together, encourage children to live a life full of their own distinctiveness rather than require them to follow norms and models.
Targets
Integrating education, social welfare and social work resources; helping the development of children and adolescent.
Building a discussion platform for academic and practical issues, and thereby developing mature policies.
Providing suggestions for policies and society, acting as the civil role.
Supporting the social work support system in schools in order to reduce campus incidents and to be the backing system of the counseling work.
Forming children and adolescent protection network against social exclusion in order to establish friendly campus workplace.
Holding the children adolescents’ welfare activities.
Organization
Future Vision
The growth of children and adolescents is a one-time process in life. Each decision therein may alter a person’s whole life. We need your support to build a world that does discriminate those who make different choices throughout their life. This allows the children and adolescents to obtain friendly supports from school, society, and workplace when they make decisions.
We are a national social welfare organization, and also one of the very few groups that put our concerns to non-engaged youths. Those adolescents of minority have complex backgrounds; therefore, to develop arrangement plans for them using practical experience, academic theories and national resources is our future objective.

Therefore, it needs you and everyone else to work together for our children and youth, for the beautiful land of Taiwan. We plant kind and friendly seeds, hope for its healthy development!
